It's not as on the green side of the turquoise spectrum as I expected. A little more blue. Still a beautiful color and the rose gold accents are gorgeous. It ran a little large for the weight class described on the site. But otherwise a solid product.

The colour is much brighter and more florescent than I expected, but it still is very nice. I receive a lot of compliments! I am very happy so far with the materials used to make this product, so far so good! The fit is a bit awkward, however, as I have it on the second notch and the left over part of the band sticks out a lot. It would have been nice if there was a second metal loop or something to keep this in place (I wondered if my Brklz charm would fit over it to keep it down but I don't want to break it to try). I am pleased and thankful that Brklz was able to customize it with gold hardware to match the La Mer set I also purchased-- the hot pink matches the leash perfectly so it is fun to mix and match.

I ended up ordering a large, but it was too big for Willa. I sent an email to your customer service representative and got Anna. She helped me exchange the collar for a medium one and at first sent me a black one (I ordered blue), but after another email exchange she sent me a blue one as well and I just got both in the mail. Even though I had to jump through hoops I absolutely love the collar and the service I got was wonderful. It looks great on Willa and will be ordering more in the future.
